- Sales, profits, investments or business sustainability;

Participation outcomes depend first and foremost on the individual: their decisions, discipline, attitude to their work, and readiness to act. The programme team—teachers, mentors, experts, curators, and facilitators—helps participants master the necessary tools, prepare for practical action, find relevant people and specialists, review results, correct mistakes, and make well-founded decisions.
The team uses its available knowledge, experience, connections, and opportunities to improve each participant’s chances of building a viable business and integrating successfully in Israel. Responsibility for the project, decisions, and completed work remains with the participant.
The programme is built around a consistent sequence of stages, mastery of essential knowledge and tools, a regular working rhythm, practical engagement with the Israeli environment, thoughtful analysis of evidence, and continuous support from the team.
