Partnership formats
Ministries, municipalities, foundations and non-profit organisations can take part in the programme in one or several formats.
- Funding an agreed number of places for city residents or a defined group, individual elements of the programme, or a whole cohort
- Informing potential participants and referring candidates, each of whom goes through the programme's general selection process
- Helping run the programme: venues, local entrepreneurs and experts, connections to the business community and city organisations
- Agreeing expected outcomes and receiving aggregated reporting on participants' progress, with confidentiality preserved
Our collaboration with Petah Tikva
The pilot cohort ran with the support of the Petah Tikva municipality and its city department of aliyah and integration. The partners helped spread the word about the programme, attract participants and hold joint events.

Which organisations can become programme partners?
We consider collaboration with ministries, municipalities, foundations and non-profit organisations working on immigrant integration, entrepreneurship development or small business support.
What partnership formats are possible?
A partner can fund places or individual elements of the programme, spread information and refer candidates, and help with venues, experts and access to the local business environment. The specific combination depends on the goal of the partnership.
How are the terms and cost of a partnership determined?
Terms are agreed individually and depend on the number of funded places, the programme format, each side's contribution and the reporting required.
Can we fund places for residents of a particular city?
Yes. A partner can fund an agreed number of places for city residents or another suitable group. The programme's requirements and the general candidate selection process remain in place.
Does a partner referral guarantee admission to the programme?
No. All candidates go through the general selection process, which helps assess motivation, entrepreneurial potential, ability to learn and readiness for systematic work. A partner referral gives a person the opportunity to take part in selection.
What outcomes and reporting does a partner receive?
The parties agree the expected outcomes and the scope of reporting in advance. A partner can receive aggregated information on participation, progress through the programme and the results achieved. Personal data and participants' stories are used only on an agreed, lawful basis.
Can the programme be run for a particular city or target group?
That format is possible if a suitable group can be assembled, the selection and quality requirements of the programme are preserved, and the parties have agreed the funding, organisational terms and expected outcomes.
What is needed to start a collaboration?
The work begins with a meeting where the parties define the goal, the audience, the expected number of places, each side's contribution, the selection process and the expected outcomes. The agreements are then recorded in a memorandum of understanding and a work plan.
