Do I need a ready business idea?
No. You can join the programme without a ready business idea. The early part of the programme includes a stage for finding, creating and initially developing possible directions. What you genuinely need is a serious intention to pursue entrepreneurship and a readiness to search for your own working idea.
Can I participate with a business that is already running?
Yes. The participant chooses a new direction or a substantial change to their existing business and takes it through all stages of the programme — from research to launch. Entrepreneurial experience helps them go deeper on their own project and share practical knowledge with other participants.
Can I participate if I speak little or no Hebrew?
Yes. You can join the programme with basic Hebrew or none at all. The programme helps you prepare to communicate with locals, customers, entrepreneurs and organisations, gradually making use of the language, translation, prepared materials and support from other people.
Will the programme find customers and partners for me?
Participants search for customers and partners themselves, with the team's support. Teachers, mentors and experts help work out who to look for, prepare the outreach, choose suitable communities and channels, and overcome language and cultural barriers. The programme cannot promise a specific customer, partner or outcome of an introduction in advance.
What happens if my idea is not validated?
The participant reviews the evidence gathered and works out why that happened. They can then change the solution, choose a different customer group, refine the problem, substantially rework the project, find a new idea, or — by mutual agreement — join another participant's project.
How long does the programme take?
The core programme takes 12 months. This period covers all seven stages, regular mandatory meetings, independent work between them, and a controlled launch for participants whose projects are ready for one. After the core programme, separate support for the launched business is possible on individually agreed terms.
Does completing the programme guarantee a successful business?
No. Full completion means the participant has gone through the planned path, launched their project and received a first, pre-defined commercial confirmation from the market. Profitability, growth and stability of a business usually take additional time.
